The service

Findeliq AI Search adds search suggestions to a merchant's Shopify storefront and provides catalog synchronization, a merchant preview and search analytics.

Pricing and trial

Findeliq Monthly costs USD 9.90 every 30 days, with a 7-day free trial for a store's first approved subscription. Returning stores receive only unused trial time. Charges require the merchant's explicit approval on Shopify's billing screen. Shopify manages recurring billing after the trial; applicable taxes and currency conversion are shown by Shopify. Existing free installations are not automatically billed and must approve the paid plan to enable paid features. Without an active subscription, the storefront's native Shopify search remains available.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with their store content, products and claims. The service must not be used to access another merchant's data, distribute unlawful content or interfere with Shopify, Cloudflare or another service.

Availability and changes

We operate the service with reasonable care. Search includes a local catalog fallback when AI Search is slow or unavailable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Material service or pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Ending use

A merchant may stop using the storefront feature by disabling the app embed and may end the service by uninstalling the app. Uninstall starts credential, catalog and search-index cleanup.
