Information we process

Findeliq AI Search reads the product and collection catalog that a merchant authorizes through Shopify. It stores catalog titles, descriptions, tags, vendors, product types, prices, images and storefront URLs so shoppers can search that catalog. We also record search terms, result counts, response times and result clicks for merchant-facing analytics.

How we use information

We use this information only to synchronize the merchant's catalog, provide storefront search, diagnose reliability and show aggregated search analytics inside the app. Findeliq does not sell merchant, customer or shopper data and does not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers and security

Shopify provides the commerce platform and Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, queues and AI Search. Store access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Each shop receives an isolated search index, and signed Shopify session tokens, webhook signatures and app-proxy signatures are verified before protected requests are accepted.

Retention and deletion

Search and click analytics are retained for 30 days. On uninstall, Shopify credentials, sessions, catalog records and the store's isolated AI index are removed. Shopify's mandatory data-erasure webhooks trigger complete deletion of the related shop data.

Your choices

Merchants can disable the theme app embed at any time or uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact hakan.olcer@web.de. Never send passwords, access tokens or customer personal data by email.
